Hypnotherapy is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment. New Moon Inner Healing is not a licensed physician or mental health provider. Hypnotherapy services are non-diagnostic and are complementary. It is important to note that hypnotherapy is a complementary approach and is not a replacement for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric care. During hypnosis sessions, clients remain fully aware of their surroundings and the suggestions being offered. However, clients often become so relaxed that their focus naturally centers on the sound of the hypnotherapist’s voice. The ability to visualize or imagine is usually enhanced during hypnosis. Most clients report feeling deeply relaxed. Hypnosis is a safe, non-invasive, and restorative experience.

Payments
Payments are processed securely through PayPal. Full payment is required to confirm and secure your session. Appointments are not considered confirmed until payment is received. Payments are non-refundable, unless the session is canceled by New Moon Inner Healing due to unforeseen circumstances.
Cancellations
New Moon Inner Healing requires a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancellations or changes to scheduled appointments. If a session is canceled with less than 48 hours' notice, the full session fee will be charged. In cases of illness or unforeseen emergencies, special considerations may be made at the discretion of New Moon Inner Healing. If you fail to attend a scheduled session without providing notice (a “no-show”), you will be charged the full session fee. No refunds will be issued for no-shows. If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, your session may be shortened or canceled at the discretion of New Moon Inner Healing, and the full session fee will still apply.
Refunds
Once your session is confirmed and payment is processed, no refunds will be issued except if New Moon Inner Healing cancels the session due to unforeseen circumstances.
Results
New Moon Inner Healing does not promise results. Every individual’s experience with astrology or hypnotherapy is unique and influenced by their own openness, participation, and life circumstances. While sessions may offer insight and growth, outcomes cannot be guaranteed. You acknowledge that your experience and results may vary.
Client Responsibility
By engaging in astrology or hypnotherapy services, you accept full responsibility for your decisions and actions taken as a result of any insights received. These sessions are intended to offer support and reflection, not to direct or replace your life choices or personal agency. You are responsible for seeking any additional guidance or support you may need.
Legal Age

Anonymized excerpts from sessions may be used for professional supervision, educational purposes, or content creation (e.g., social media, blog), provided that any identifying details are removed under ethical standards.
